Return And Exchange
At ArtisticVerse, we carefully handcraft and inspect every product before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged items.
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- After 7 days, we will not be able to process any return or exchange.
2. Proof of Damage
To process your return, you must:
- Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product
- Share your order number
- Contact us within the 7-day period
Without proof of damage, returns will not be approved.
3. Return Process
Once your request is approved:
- We will guide you through the return process
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging
- After inspection, we will offer a replacement or refund (depending on availability)
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are not damaged
- Used products
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
5. Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
