Small candles burn for 10–15 hours, while larger candles can last 40+ hours.

Can I order customized or personalized candles?

Absolutely! You can personalize candles with your choice of design, color, or message. Please feel free to contact me on WhatsApp/call for custom orders. For all customized orders, full payment is required in advance to start production.

Will the candle’s color or shape change over time?

Under normal usage, candles remain stable. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading or warping.

How can I place an order?

You can place orders directly through our website by selecting your items and checking out.

What are the shipping charges?

Within Pakistan, shipping is a fixed PKR 250. Orders over PKR 2,999 qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges for other countries depend on the destination.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery in major cities usually takes 2–3 days, and 5–7 days across the rest of Pakistan for other countries 3–15 days depend on the destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do accept international orders. Shipping charges depend on the destination country.
